2026 Dates—-10th, 11th & 12th

 To secure your spot in the Vendor Village please complete the form below and click “submit” to be reviewed.

$125.00 per 10ft of frontage.

Power hookup will be $40.00 (120V) for the weekend.

*Power does not include extension cords and a minimum 75ft, 15 amp cord is required.


 Hours of operation

Friday–1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday–9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday–9:00 am to 3:00 pm

IMPORTANT — PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SPACE NEEDED. VENDORS THAT ARE LARGER THAN STATED RISK NOT FITTING IN THEIR ASSIGNED SPOTS.
Please Note: Balance is due by the end of day Saturday, July 10th. Insurance and Food licenses must be made available upon request. Set up begins 12:00 pm Thursday, July 9th, and must be completed by 12:30pm Friday, July 10th. A Biker Bash representative will be available 12pm to 9pm Thursday, July 9th and 8am to 12:30pm Friday, July 10th to help facilitate your placement.

Do you require Electrical Hookup *Note: Vendors requiring power are responsible for bringing their own grounded (3-pronged) extension cords to connect to the power panels. Our electrical coordinators will be on site to ensure that you have sufficient power to efficiently manage your needs.(required)
